Sefuma is a professional design tool for the tobacco industry, providing cigar manufacturers and designers with the ability to preview custom cigar bands in realistic 3D before production.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 No Account System
Sefuma does not require user accounts or registration. You can access and use our visualization tool without creating an account or providing personal information upfront.
2.2 LocalStorage Data
We store certain information locally in your browser using LocalStorage to enhance your experience:
- Age Verification Status: Records your acknowledgment that you are 21+ years old (expires after 24 hours)
- Beta Authentication Token: Stores your access credential if you choose "Remember Me" (expires after 7 days)
- User Preferences: Saves your settings such as theme (day/night mode), rotation preferences, and view controls
This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
2.3 Uploaded Images
When you upload cigar band images for visualization:
- All image processing occurs entirely in your browser (client-side)
- Your images are never uploaded to our servers
- We do not store, analyze, or access your uploaded designs
- Images are temporarily held in browser memory only during your session
2.4 Analytics
Currently, we do not use analytics services. If we implement analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide notice with opt-out options.
3. How We Use Information
The limited information we process is used solely for:
- Age Verification Compliance: Ensuring only individuals 21+ access tobacco-related content
- Beta Access Authentication: Managing access to our private beta program

- Client-Side Processing: All cigar band image processing happens in your browser, never on our servers
- HTTPS Encryption: All connections to Sefuma are encrypted via HTTPS
- No Server Storage: We don't store your uploaded images or designs
- LocalStorage Security: Data stored locally is protected by your browser's same-origin policy
- Beta Access Security: Access tokens are securely generated and stored
However, please note that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Age Restrictions
Sefuma contains tobacco-related content and is intended solely for:
- Individuals who are 21 years of age or older
- Tobacco industry professionals (manufacturers, designers, marketers)
- Compliance with tobacco advertising and content regulations
We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 21. If you are under 21, you must not use this service.
8. Data Retention
- Age Verification: Stored for 24 hours, then automatically expired
- Beta Authentication: Stored for 7 days (with "Remember Me"), or until session ends
- User Preferences: Stored indefinitely until you clear your browser data
- Uploaded Images: Deleted automatically when you close your browser tab (not stored on servers)
You can manually clear all stored data at any time through your browser settings.
9. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: You can access all locally stored data through your browser's developer tools (Application → Local Storage)
- Deletion: You can delete all stored data by clearing your browser's LocalStorage or cache
- Portability: Since all data is stored locally, you have full control and can export it from your browser

Note: Because we don't collect personal data on our servers, traditional GDPR data subject access requests don't apply. All your data is already in your possession on your device.
